Just a brief note to thank you again for your invaluable help in my house purchase (nearly 6 months ago now!) as I sit on my porch or in my living room, I think of what a wonderful job you did and taking care of all the paperwork, contracting, and financing. (of course, as I now mow the lawn and weed the flower garden, I sometimes have less benevolent thoughts, but that is entirely not your fault.)
